A nearly completed barge waits in the icy waters of Sturgeon Bay (Lake Michigan). Sturgeon Bay's old steel bridge is wrapped in a blanket of fog in the background. I like this shot - it reminds me of the WPA era photos. I didn't do anything to this photo other than crop it and adjust the levels a bit.
