This painting was created to the Eddie Harris tune, Freedom Jazz Dance. I put the Miles Davis version on repeat and just kept riffing on what I was hearing. Then, I created this poster treatment of it - first for the 20th Annual Twin Cities Jazz Festival - and now this non-dated poster that you can have for your home or office.
